Is it theoretically possible to construct a nuclear fusion plant that would be
able to take in any material(like rubber tires, sewage and old cars). Then
break them down to basic molecules that could be "distilled" out buy molecular
weight or solidified onto metal plates? Is there anyone currently involved in
this type of research?
