Hi Mark, As far as I know, an orgasm is a way of your body to reward you for procreation. Your Brain has an area that is involved in rewarding you for actions that will keep you and you’re species alive. Things like eating, drinking and sex. Drugs of abuse interfere in this system, and artificially activate it, (and in the end, if you abuse to much, will destroy this area). This reward area in your brain is connected to neurons in your genitals, which will give a signal ‘upstairs’ we you are ready to ‘come’. Normally you get an exciting/tingling feeling in your body, which is also called an orgasm. Many people don’t have the same orgasm each time they come, because this is also dependent how excited you are, and how sensitive your genitals are (circumcised male for example, have a lesser sensitive penis). So the combination of the sensitivity of your genitals and the state of mind you are in, will give you a better or lesser orgasm. The only thing I would recommend is to increase the period between two orgasms, and try to get as excited as you can get. If this doesn’t give you a better orgasm, may be you should try to talk to your doctor. I hope I have helped you a bit Good luck Dave
