The short answer is that as far as anyone has been able to tell, there is no gender difference for how one sees optical illusions. Many optical illusions are based on the way our visual systems are wired, and the assumptions our brains make about what they are seeing. I don't think that there is any significant differences between men and women in wiring of parts of the brain that process visual information.
As a side note, this does not mean that the brains of women and men are identical - people have found that some parts of women's brains tend to be larger than men's brains, and vice versa. However, you also need to keep in mind that there can be a lot of difference between two women's brains or between two men's.
I hope this answered your question.
