I could not find a direct picture to present to you, but I can direct you to an internet site where you may view the structures of some catalse molecules. Chicken liver catalase does not appear to be listed, but you may wish to use beef liver catalase as a guide.

The site you want to access is the NCBI Structure Database. Once you reach this site, just enter "liver catalse" into the search box and you will receive a number of entries. Here, you may also want to view other forms of catalase such as those from bacteria (Escherichia coli) and humans.

The direct link for the beef liver catalse is here. Simply click on the "View / Save Structure" box towards the bottom. Notice, however, that you will have to download a small helper application called "CN3D" to view the structures. It is available for free (on the same page) for PC, Mac and UNIX platforms.
