Hi, although it is not my specialty,
I'll try to answer your question. Caffeine can give you a more powerful
feeling in your body, this because of its ability to bring cells in a
higher state of alertness. People who are addicted to coffee have the
tendency to be easily agitated when they are depleted from coffee for a
longer time. So if the question would be, does caffeine affect your
emotional system ...I would say yes. But this also depends on the
personality.
Some people feel stronger and feel more in control when they have had
coffee, some I would think they would be more in control of their
emotions. So less aggressive.
But it could also be that some one who has a lot of anger inside of him
could feel so strong after a couple of cups of coffee, that it would provoke him
to angry actions.
On the whole, caffeine isn’t such a powerful drug/substance that it could cause
someone to lose control, but there are some occasional reports of people who
respond very intensely to caffeine.
To come back to your question, is there some hormone which is released
upon drinking coffee? Well, the caffeine effect looks a little bit like
the effect of the hormone epinephrine (adrenaline), but this isn't directly
related to aggression.
In conclusion, I don’t think that caffeine will make you more aggressive,
nor will it make you less in control of your feelings. But there are
always exceptions to the rule.

Hope to have helped you
Greetings
Dave
