Ethidium Bromide is a chemical that will remove negative supercoils and
introduce positive supercoils in circular DNA molecules. A number of sequential
changes occur in the structure and electrophoretic properties of supercoiled
plasmid DNA when increasing amounts of Ethidium Bromide are added. What will be
the changes? Could you please help me. Thanks
