hello, 
weight if all the cell of human body ... difficult to measure but lemme 
tell you tht 2/3 of the body consists of water/fluids, and out of which 
40% is intracellular. but if u want only the weight of cellwithout water 
must be 1/3rd of the total body weight. excluding the intracellular fluids.
