The short answer is 'yes'. It is an integral part of training which for 
most of them occurs during military training. We have periodic refresher 
chamber events to keep skills up.

Go to www.google.com and type in explosive decompression training or 
explosive decompression events. All sorts of interesting articles 
discussing everything from true events to training to sites offering 
decompression chambers.
