A human nutrition guide like the one cited often has extensive tables that list 
the percent water in fruits and vegetables. These are guidelines. Particular 
varieties may be above or below the published values. The fruit nutrition 
website gives water contents for a couple dozen including tomato (97%), red 
grapefruit (90%), apple (84%), carrot (92%), olive (75%), and pear (86%).
