Hair cannot possibly change color permanently except from genetic or aging
cause! Dye is created to wash off if you don't like the color. Some dyes
are said to be permanent, but it will wash off sometime.

Even if the dye is indelible--it won't wash out--you lose hair every day. Just 
examine your hairbrush. Your hair also grows out ("white roots" in older people, 
or "dark roots" in bottle blonds). So sooner or later your hair will revert to 
its natural color.
