Subject: Whar determines the size of a droplet from a pipette and are all the same

A friend believes that the same liquid will form the same size drop regardless 
of the size of the dropper and that different liquids will also form the same 
size drop,in other words a drop is a uniform standard of measurement. I'm 
arguing that there are big drops and little drops.
