I just read in Sci. News Online that they have identified three "eves" for
dogs. I am wondering if the same process can be used for humans. I ask
because I know that some people have been identified as being descendants of
Thomas Jefferson. But have these same people been tested to determine their
mother? In particular are they descendants of Sally Hemmings? I know that this
isn't exactly science and is a potential powder keg, but I am curious. Thanks,
Jeff
