Subject: what makes up vinigar and juice straight from a lemon?

i'm doing a project to see what removes stains off clothes better-lemon or 
vinigar. i've tried all kinds of serches to see what makes up lemon and vinigar 
so i can have a better understanding of the reason or what causes one of them
(lemon and vinigar)to take a stain off better. that way, i can write my report 
in a detailed description of why one does a better job than the other.
