Subject: Why is the sea wasp/boxed jelly the most venomous animal?

In my Computer Skills class, we have been searching the Internet for the most 
venomous or poisonous animal in the world.  Then I came upon one of your MadSci 
Network web pages on zoology:

At the bottom, there was an Admin note from Robert Pelt on saying that the most 
venomous animal in the world was the sea wasp/boxed jelly and I wanted to know 
why.
