If you mean physical size, then the answer is no. The energy used by a light bulb is reflected in its wattage rating. Watts are a measure of the amount of power that is used (i.e., consumed) by a device or produced by a device. Therefore, more Watts simply means more energy consumption. In many chandelier type fixtures the light bulbs are physically smaller than the bulbs that are used in a typical table lamp. However, you can purchase bulbs for a table lamp that consume just 15 W; and you can purchase small chandelier bulbs that are 40 W and even 60 W. So, size and enrgy use are unrelated for light bulbs.
