In Human beings, sex is determined by a pair of sex chromosomes.
In both males and females there are 22 pairs of autosomes (chromosomes
that are responsible for all other traits except sex). But the
constitution of sex chromosomes vary in males and females.

In males, 22 autosomes + one X chromosome and one Y chromosome (total 23
pairs)

In females, 22 autosomes + two X chromosomes (total 23 pairs)

During cloning when a male nucleus (with 22+XY) is transferred to an ovum,
the developing embryo would be only a male!
