There are an infinite number of possible answers to this question. 
Here is one:

Plot the acceleration versus the sine of the angle of the incline.  The 
slope of the best-fit line should approximate gravity.

You could also use fuzzy points to indicate errors and/or use linear 
analysis to discuss line fit and deviation.
