I am doing a project on animals that produce electricity and , as I understand
it, fish are the only animals that can produce electricity (generally although
all animals use electricity in their nervous systems). My sources have told me
that the electricity produced by fish may be used to communicate (the fish
produce chirps). Don't dolphins produce chirps to communicate? They are
mammals.
