Recommended Daily Intake or (RDI) varies by country. You should look up 
your country's regulatory body on Health & Nutrition. In the US, that 
would be the FDA (Food & Drug Administration). If you want to get a 
general baseline to help guide you, visit them at www.fda.gov. 

You can  also try various nutrition sites such as those of a respected 
university or visit your local health shop where they stock 
vitamins/minerals and ask them for guidance.Good luck.
