Bees buzz for several reasons. The wings make noise just by flapping and so they can hear each other. The buzzing probably serves to warn away other animals who would want to steal honey. Since bees die after stinging, it better for the bee to warn intruders before stinging. This way the bee lives to buzz another day.

Yes bees do eliminate waste but not separately. Waste comes out of the gut at the end of the tail.
