When I was flying over Egypt (on my way to deploye for Operation Iraqi Freedom)
the only portion of the whole area that isgreen ison the shores of the Nile 
river.  Someone asked me what happened to change the place from a plush area to 
all desert and I didn't know.  I guess it has something to do with climate 
change but thought you might know or have a theory?
