I am not a student but simply a homemaker that is perplex by the fact that 
anytime we turn on the fan in our home we pick up televion programs and radio 
programs. Sometimes it's muffled but at night I can actually lay in bed and 
hear the news. Any suggestions on what is causting this and how to get rid of 
it is greatly appreciated.
