Before I proposed the idea to create a laser powered by nuclear reactions (fission or fusion). When I got a response from one of your scientists he told me that such a device would be one that emits a coherent beam of gamma rays. Yet, he also told me that due to the nonexistence of any material that reflects gamma radiation such a device would be infeasible. Yet, about two years later I have stumbbled over a site where a lab has claimed to have built such a device. The site can be found here: http://www.utdallas.edu/research/quantum/cqeseg3.htm I read some of it and it sounded really similar to what I proposed. Could this be an actual GASER (Gamma-wave version of LASER)? Can you find any other work out there similar to this or at least the physics that pertain to this? It would really help me in trying to wrap my mind around something seemingly impossible. There is a lot of bunk out there by quacks and just to be on the safe side I'd like a second point of view from some more trusted people. Thanking you advance for the help you've given me before.
