there are more than 1 way to do this:

1) use windows "internet connection sharing" (ICS).  right click on the 
connection you want to share and go to the advanced tab.  select internet 
connection sharing and there is a wizard that walks you through the 
proces.

2) (i prefer this one) - since you have wireless cards in both, get a 
simple wireless router (linksys makes a good one) -

- this one is $80 and will route your 
connection to many computer within your house, and quite easily using 
wireless cards.
