first of all, i would like to state that im clear that humans share about 99.9% of their genetic material. i have a question about the 0.1% that tends to differ. siblings share about 50% of this 0.1%. how much would two unrelated individuals share on average? is phenotypic similarity between two unrelated individuals ever an indication of a higher degree of shared dna?
