Laptops are just a wonder and eventhough most of them come with batteries that
can last up to 3 hours, you still have a 3 hours limit compared to unlimited
juice coming from the wall. Is is or would it be possible to use wireless
technology to power up devices like laptops, pda's, etc? I know that the power
transmitted would be infinitely small to be able to power up a device as big
as a laptop, but how about using it to recharge the batteries, or even charge
up a capacitor slowly, to then provide extra juice or, eventually unlimited
power. If we were to transmit 12V through the air, we would fried everybody
around us. If this technology is possible, can you give me some lead to
research more about it? Thanks.
