It is natural to wonder what the world will be like in the future.  And one of the things I wonder 
about is the landscape itself.  Mountains are among the most awesome features of our landscape.  
There is greatest importance about which spots on earth are the highest.  The reality of geology, 
even within a short time frame, becomes apparent in the relative rise of the highest mountains 
among each other.

Rates of mountain rise and erosion can be calculated (within a range of error) for each of the 
world's highest mountains. Based on this, it believe a reasonably knowledgable geologist could  
answer this question (or already has).  I can't do that calculation myself but I would be very 
interested in the results.
