I am having a disagreement with someone over this question. He is convinced
Caucasians first evolved in the Caucasus, while I believe his "theory" to a
holdover of Blumenbach's discredited 18th century proposal. Please tell me if
there is any credence to what he claims, and what current theory is on this
matter.
