Hi.  I was at the beach during the holidays with a friend from school.  We 
swam for a bit and then started making sand castles, when my friend stood up i 
could see his chest was moving up and down with his heartbeat.  I thought it 
was cool, so he ran around for a minute and then it really started moving 
fast, it was liking it was pushing right out of his chest.  Why does it do 
that?
