When traveling across a mountain pass by car we noticed that on one side of the
mountain there were fir trees, and on the dryer side of the mountain there were
pine trees. This discussion evolved into what elevation each tree would grow
best... and then a bet was made about which tree grew at the highest
elevation. What area in the world is not necessarily important.
