I would need more information to address the question. Your ethnic 
background, how much time you spend or have spent in the sun, birthmarks, 
rashes (history of), trauma to skin in past, whether you like to wear 
necklaces and what they are made of etc. A picture of the area and 
surrounding normal skin would be very helpful.
