Message:
Due to low platelet count - to clot around the broken bone ?
Due to low red blood cell count - so risk of developing anemia if blood is lost
? Bone not given enough ''food'' to recover, due to low red blood cell count, so
will the bone take longer to heal ?
Does the age of the patient play a role ?
Open to infections due to low white blood cell count ?
