If the tertiary structure of myoglobin is very similar to the (alpha and betta
subunits) of hemoglobin, having in consideration that the primary structure of
myoglobin is mostly composed out of hydrophilic amino acids, and hemoglobin of
hydrophobic amino acids, in that case, to what extend is the tertiary structure
dependent on the primary structure and how can a relatively hydrophobic
polypeptide such as (alpha and betta subunits of hemoglobin) have tertiary
structure very much like theat of relatively hydrophilic myoglobin?
*I have considered the fact that hemoglobin had quartinary structure, the
question is mainly about the tertiary structure of both. Thanks
