Ethyl acetate boils at 77.9 deg C, and is often present in nail polish remover. It has a sickly sweet
smell. Most nail polish removers use butyl acetate (boiling point 125-126 deg C) because it
evaporates a bit less rapidly, and smells a bit better. You could still describe it as sickly sweet,
though.
