Hi!

I am developing a microfluidic chip for two dimensional separation of
proteins, using IEF as my first separation step. What can I do to
monitor the migration of proteins in this step. Are there any
prestains I can use on the proteins without denaturing them or
changing their PI points? Are there naturally colored protein
standards I can use (I have used BioRad's Protein Standards which are
supposed to be naturally colored, and I can only see one very very
faintly)

Thanks
