Hmmmmmm..... Frankly I do not know. I feel as if I am floating in space on 
this one. Without any kind of data other than age - which by the way - 
seems to be on the starting side of development - the answer is unknowable 
to we mortals.

But, what is probably more important here is how you view yourself and how 
you define yourself as a person. By what standard do you value you? 

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder more so than in the beholden... It 
also tends to run deep - deeper than surface appearance. By the way, if 
this is about some of your girlfriends giving you grief - forget them, 
what do they know?!?

Eat  right, sleep well, exercise regularly, study hard, have good clean 
fun, make good solid relationships with people who don't care about 
your 'cup size'. Establish your boundaries early. Read 'Boundaries', it's 
a great book! Don't date until you realize who you are and where your true 
value comes from. Get to know guys by doing things in groups - it is a 
heck of a lot safer and you will be surprised at how much you can learn. 
If a guy says he loves you then he will honor you and respect you, 
marrying you before he proceeds further beyond kissing your hand.
