I had not heard of this. It does not make sense to me as there are more 
and more physicians leaving medicine due to lack of payment and increased 
hassles from the government and insurance companies. Who is going to take 
care of people - bureaucrats?? I doubt it. Look into the Navy program - 
they use a lot of nurse practitioners.
