Hello there!
That was a good question you have asked. 
No direct researches have been done on your topic but we can derive the 
result from various other researches.

When hair is rinsed with hot water to remove grease or other sticky 
particles, the excess temperature may cause the reverse effect. It may 
cause the sebaceous glands to produce more oil and the hair will appear 
more oily.

Coming to your question, hot water is not capable enough to destroy your 
hair follicles. In many treatments, where hair follicles has to be 
removed, laser treatment is used. The falling of hair depends upon melanin 
which is found in melanocyte cells in the basal region of the epidermis. 

Hence it is impossible for your hair to fall with 130 degree C of hot 
water.
