With the wealth of info on the internet, I'm very surprised. My
suggestions are as follows:

www.webmd.com
www.howstuffworks.com

I found a link at http://www.life-enhancement.com/article_template.asp?
ID=152 which reveals that the average human stomach contains between 2-3
quarts of an analog of hydrochloric acid known as muriatic acid.

Hope this helps.
