Is the amount of food you eat directly related to how much weight it is
possible to gain? what I mean is, in order to gain a pound of weight, do I
have to eat a pound of food? this doesn't seem likely, as some highly caloric
foods are very light weight - like whip cream! I would appreciate any helpful
info regarding this matter. :)
