I work in a lab and the question came up if it was possible to centrifuge 
something with enough force to separate the solvent (say water) and the solute 
(say ethanol).  I realize that with enough force (like a black hole) even 
molecular and atomic structures can break down, but short of these extreme 
conditions, can you separate a solution where the components retain their 
molecular properties?
