I would like to maintain a healthy balance of omega 3 as I have heard that most north Americans get way too much omega 6 & 9 and not enough 3(in fact I have heard that the average ratio is 25:1 and it should be 4:1 or even 1:1). I have been told repeatedly by pharmacists that flaxseed oil and omega 3 fish oil are one and the same. I have read and heard suggestions that this is not true. to maintain a healthy and sustaining level of omega 3 fatty essential acids - what is the best thing to take?
Re: what is the difference between flaxseed oil and omega 3 fish oil?
