Extract the nucleus from say a skin cell and introduce it into the egg
cell---the fertilised egg cell produces a complete organism(cloning). However if
you let it be in the skin cell, the skin cell produces only more skin cells (by
the process of cell division). What is the essential difference between the two
kinds of cells?Next question:-Can the skin cell be induced/programmed to behave
in the same way as the egg cell does(in the near future)?
