Hello Huge,

Examinations for TB

- Chest X-ray: - Shows "miliary mottling"
- Culture of sputum, urine or bone marrow.
- Tuberculin test.

Drugs used for the treatment of TB

- Streptomycin
- Isoniazid
- Rifampicin
- Pyrazinamide.

( Not mentioning the phases of treatments and regimens)

Genetic or family history does not play an important role directly, but
can be one of the causative agent of spreading the disease. Way of
spreading the infection are:
1. Direct droplet spread: from person to person by inhalation that have
been coughed or sneezed into the atmosphere.

2. Indirect spread: Via dishes, clothing and other articles of daily use.

3. Via Ingested milk.

Thanking you
Dr. Shoaib
