During digestion proteins are ruined by proteases - acid in stomach and based
in intestine. Commonly known that epitheliocytes can let in separated
aminoacids. Are there any large proteins (more than 20 000 dalton), which could
stay native through digestion, and more - pass through intestine epitheliocyte,
basal membrane, endotheliocyte of capillar and enter the blood serum? I've been
told by non-specialist that some lectins could, but it seems strange to me.
