There's a lot of organisms sensitive to light and sound... I'm trying to
picture the work, imagining some sort of container with the organism
moving towrds something everytime there's a light? Like a long chamber?
Well, Planaria, and all flatworms, are pretty cool looking and sensitive
to light. Most protists are sensitive to light, but they are really
small, you'd need a microscope. You can see flatworms with your eyes.
If you wanted to use a larger organism, it would probably be more
attracted to the dark, you could have continuous light except when foot
traffic walked by. Cockroachs hate light, so that might work. I'm not
sure what to say, because all animals will move either towards or away
from light in some fashion. I'd say flatworms like Planaria are your
best bet, from what I can imagine.
