I am trying to figure out if a insulated speaker wire is run thru a bucket of 
water, will the effect of RFI/Emi will be increased due to better conductivity 
of water as opposed to air or will it signaificantly reduce/insulate the wire 
from those RFI/EMI ? Will water degrade the signal or enhance the signal due to 
the ability to absorb microvibration/ resonance.
