bone has organic matrix, in which 90% collagen, and other non-collagenous
proteins, in case of allograft transplantation, the bone has to be treated in
order to avoid immune reaction
as far as i know, collagen and hydroxyapatite must be kept unchanged, what
about the other proteins and lipids
