What are the criteria for various types of radioactive sources for use in level
measurement of the liquid in canned drinks, packet drinks, and thickness control
in the manufacture of think sheets of paper, plastic or metal? In terms of the
half-life of the source?
eg, for canned drinks - which two are the better choices and why - Sodium 24,
Phosphorus 32, Cobalt 60, Bismuth 83, Strontium 90, Caesium 135, Americium 241,
Radon 222.
