I read with interests that water likes to move into salty places.  That's
why through osmosis, water from our surrounding if we stayed long enough
(pool, bath etc) gets into our cells creating the wrinkly fingers or soggy
skin.

Baby spends almost 9 to 10 months in the aminotic fluid.  I would imagine
that the fluid is more salty than the body.  Similary with the osmosis
effect, wouldn't the baby get dried up.  There are cosmetic compan(ies)
claiming that this fluid is best for the skin.  How true given that the
baby is loosing its water into this fluid causing the wrinkly and soggy
skin.
